QualityStorm operates under a SaaS (Software as a Service) model with recurring monthly subscriptions tailored to company needs and usage volume. Revenue streams include subscription plans, implementation services, and system integrations. The platform enables industrial clients to digitize inspections, leveraging AI to automate decision-making.

QualityStorm partnered with Randon, the largest manufacturer of trailers and semi-trailers in Latin America and one of the top 10 globally, to enhance weld inspection processes using AI and computer vision. By training our machine learning model with thousands of weld images, we automated defect detection, reducing inspection time and human error. This led to a significant increase in quality control efficiency and a 95% reduction in non-quality costs. The project optimized Randon’s validation process, improving precision and scalability while integrating seamlessly into their production workflow.
